RediMount ™ System from MICRON
The RediMount mot engine mounting system allows our TRUE Planetary ™ gear heads to be quickly, easily and flawlessly connected to almost any engine available on the market. The innovative design is equipped with an adapter sleeve and an input cover designed for reliable installation in a few steps. RediMount is available for our XTRUE®, NemaTRUE®, DuraTRUE®, UltraTRUE, ValueTRUE® and EverTRUE® gearboxes, including rectangular models.
Features:
- Self-adjusting hub: maintains coaxiality between the motor shaft and the gear head
- Pre-installed pinion: eliminates the pinion adjustment procedure to simplify installation
- Modular design: allows separate storage of the gear head and input cover
- Versatile: allows easy change for alternative motors
- Interchangeable: the same RediMount system is used in 7 Kollmorgen product lines
