DUPLOMATIC – regulating lamellar hydrogenerators RV1P

RV1P are regulating lamellar hydrogenerators with a hydraulic compensator.

The hydraulic pressure compensator constantly "compares" the set pressure value on the compensator with the working pressure. When the working pressure reaches the set pressure, the compensator reduces the geometric volume of the hydrogenerator to reach the flow required by the hydraulic system - up to zero flow. This regulation reduces energy consumption in each phase of the cycle.
The hysteresis of the hydraulic compensator is low, so there is only a very small increase in pressure during regulation.
The pump group has a distribution plate with axial pressure compensation, which improves the volumetric efficiency of the hydrogenerator and reduces component wear.
When zero flow is required, the hydrogenerator supplies only the amount needed to compensate for internal leaks, while maintaining the set pressure.
The reaction times of the compensator are very short, so no pressure relief valve is required.

Operating parameters of RV1P hydrogenerators:

  • geometric volume from 16 to 120 cm3
  • working pressure up to 250 bar
  • pressure compensator setting from 20 to 250 bar
  • speed from 800 to 1800 min-1
  • low noise
  • high volumetric efficiency
  • version with two pressure control

DUPLOMATIC - regulating lamellar hydrogenerators RV1D

RV1D are regulating lamellar hydrogenerators with a mechanical compensator.

The mechanical pressure compensator mechanically (spring) holds the stroke ring of the pump group in the eccentric position. When the working pressure exceeds the force of the spring, the lifting ring moves towards the center, thus setting the required flow of the device when the set pressure value is reached. This regulation reduces energy consumption in each phase of the cycle. The pump group has manifold plates with axial pressure compensation, which improves the volumetric efficiency of the hydrogenerator and reduces component wear. When zero flow is required, the hydrogenerator supplies only the amount needed to compensate for internal leaks, while maintaining the set pressure. The reaction times of the compensator are very short, so no pressure relief valve is required.

Operating parameters of RV1D hydrogenerators:

  • geometric volume from 16 to 120 cm3
  • working pressure up to 120 bar
  • pressure compensator setting from 20 to 120 bar
  • speed from 800 to 1800 min-1
  • low noise
  • high volumetric efficiency

FV6/FV7 - Fixed displacement vane pumps

  • The FV6/FV7 pumps are fixed displacement vane pumps, with several nominal displacement each. Single, double and triple pumps are available.
  • The pumping group is composed of a cartridge element that contains rotor, vanes, cam ring and support plates. Cartridges are easily removable without disconnecting the pump from the hydraulic circuit, thus simplifing the maintenance operations.
  • The special elliptical profile of the cam ring, with double suction and delivery chambers one against the other, eliminates the radial thrusts on the rotor, reducing wear of the pump. The use of a 10 vane rotor reduces the delivery pressure pulsations, suppressing the vibrations and noise level of the pump.
